# Trường hợp chưa có ZaloOA và Zalo App

Để bắt đầu kết nối sử dụng dịch vụ ZNS từ nến tảng ZCA, khách hàng cần thực hiện những yêu cầu sau:

**Bước 1: Phân quyền ứng dụng Zalo cho tài khoản trung gian của InfiniX**

* Truy cập vào <https://developers.zalo.me/apps>
* Chọn ứng dụng cần share quyền
* Vào tab “Vai trò” => “Thêm Quản trị viên”
* Thêm số điện thoại của tài khoản trung gian

\*Lưu ý: Số điện thoại cần thêm do InfiniX cung cấp, vui lòng liên hệ chúng tôi để có được thông tin chính xác. Thông tin liên hệ: **<thanhpn3@vng.com.vn>**

**Bước 2: Phần quyền admin Zalo OA cho tài khoản trung gian của InfiniX**

* Truy cập vào <https://oa.zalo.me/manage/mnadmin>
* Click vào nút “Mời làm admin” và thêm tài khoản InfiniX làm admin
* Chọn mục Phần quyền “Quản lý gói và liên kết” cho tài khoản của InfiniX.

**Bước 3: Kết nối với ví ZCA của InfiniX**

Tài khoản trung gian của InfiniX sẽ thực hiện cấu hình ZCA của InfiniX cho khách hàng.
